Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Management Specialist. This is a long-term, 100% work-from-home position responsible for overseeing the integrity, accessibility, and security of critical organizational data. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our data systems, ensuring data quality, and supporting various data-driven initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. This role is essential for supporting our ongoing data strategy and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain data management processes and procedures.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across various databases and systems.
- Perform regular data audits and clean-up activities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage data access, security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data solutions.
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of new data models and database structures.
- Document data flows, data dictionaries, and data architecture.
- Provide training and support to users on data management best practices and tools.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Required Skills
