Job Description
As a Remote Chatbot Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and performance of AI-powered conversational agents. This position focuses entirely on text-based evaluation, meaning there is no voice interaction required. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing, rating, and providing detailed feedback on chatbot responses to various user queries and scenarios. Your insights will directly contribute to the improvement of AI language models, making them more accurate, helpful, and natural in their interactions. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI technology from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, coherence, and grammar.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Identify and categorize common errors, biases, and areas for improvement in chatbot interactions.
- Adhere to specific project guidelines and quality standards.
