Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Pinterest Brand Manager with a strong focus on luxury goods to join our dynamic marketing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing Neiman Marcus’s Pinterest strategy, ensuring our brand’s exquisite offerings resonate with a highly engaged audience. You will drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through compelling visual storytelling, innovative campaigns, and strategic partnerships, all while maintaining the elevated aesthetic and brand integrity synonymous with luxury retail. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Pinterest strategy aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives for luxury goods.
- Manage the end-to-end creation and curation of high-quality, visually stunning content optimized for Pinterest, reflecting luxury aesthetics.
- Identify and interpret key Pinterest trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities within the luxury sector.
- Plan and execute paid Pinterest campaigns, including audience targeting, bid management, and budget allocation, to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, e-commerce, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Analyze Pinterest performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Foster a strong brand community on Pinterest, engaging with followers and cultivating brand loyalty.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or brand management, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to Pinterest.
- Proven track record of managing successful Pinterest campaigns for luxury brands or high-end products.
- Deep understanding of the luxury goods market, consumer psychology, and brand positioning.
- Expertise in Pinterest's advertising platform, analytics, and content optimization techniques.
- Exceptional visual storytelling abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
