Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Think Tank Brand Strategist with a sharp focus on digital media. In this unique role, you will be at the forefront of identifying emerging digital trends, consumer behaviors, and technological advancements to shape groundbreaking brand strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will operate within our ‘Think Tank’ unit, dedicated to proactive research, ideation, and the development of future-proof brand frameworks that leverage the full potential of digital platforms. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creative foresight, and a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem to transform complex insights into actionable, impactful strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research into evolving digital media landscapes, consumer trends, and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
- Develop innovative brand strategies, positioning, and messaging frameworks tailored for digital channels, including social media, programmatic advertising, content marketing, and emerging platforms.
- Lead ideation sessions and workshops, fostering a collaborative environment to generate breakthrough concepts and solutions.
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling, and actionable strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with creative, technology, and account teams to ensure seamless execution of digital brand initiatives.
- Present strategic proposals and thought leadership pieces to senior stakeholders, effectively articulating vision and potential impact.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital brand strategies, providing recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, digital strategy, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on digital media.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive landscaping.
- Expertise in current digital media platforms, tools, and trends (e.g., social media algorithms, SEO/SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, analytics platforms).
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
