Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Remote AI Community Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote Work-From-Home position. You will be instrumental in building, nurturing, and expanding our AI-focused communities across various social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to foster meaningful interactions, gather user feedback, and amplify the impact of Google’s AI initiatives by creating compelling content and engaging directly with enthusiasts, developers, and users. This role requires a passion for AI, excellent communication skills, and a strategic understanding of social media dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow and engage Google's AI communities.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities related to AI and Google products.
- Create compelling, high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored for various social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, forums, etc.) that sparks conversation around AI topics.
- Actively participate in online discussions, respond to comments and inquiries, and facilitate positive community interactions.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, thought leaders, and partners within the AI space.
- Collaborate with internal AI product teams, marketing, and communications to align community efforts with broader company goals.
- Collect, analyze, and report on social media and community performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Organize and support virtual events, webinars, and Q&A sessions to boost community engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technology, social media trends, and community management best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, trends, and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships online.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience managing communities for a technology or AI-focused product.
- Familiarity with Google's AI products and services (e.g., TensorFlow, Google Cloud AI).
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Fluency in additional languages.
