As a member of our Quick Service Team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers, preparing delicious beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to all customers.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and food items according_to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including lobby, restrooms, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and receiving deliveries.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Communicate customer feedback and operational issues to management.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual.
