Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Quick Service Staff to join our team in Wesley Chapel, FL. As a Quick Service Staff member, you will be the face of Chick-fil-A, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing our famous menu items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. This role offers a weekly minimum guarantee, ensuring consistent income, along with opportunities for growth and development within our supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service, anticipating their needs.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, and process payments efficiently using our POS system.
- Prepare food and beverages according to Chick-fil-A's high quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
