Job Description

Are you a dedicated and energetic individual looking for a challenging yet rewarding physical role? As a Quick Service Laborer at Chick-fil-A, you will be a vital part of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and our team has the support needed to provide outstanding service. This role requires significant physical exertion, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods, as you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that maintain our high standards of cleanliness, organization, and product availability. This is an on-site position that demands reliability and a strong work ethic, contributing directly to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform heavy lifting and moving of supplies, inventory, and equipment (up to 50 lbs regularly).
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing deliveries, ensuring proper storage and rotation of products.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all back-of-house areas, including storerooms, freezers, and equipment.
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring ingredients and supplies are readily available and properly prepped.
• Operate cleaning equipment and handle various cleaning chemicals safely and effectively, following all safety protocols.
• Assist with waste management, including breaking down cardboard, compacting materials, and disposing of trash.
• Execute other physical tasks as needed to support restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines and company policies.
