Key Responsibilities

  • Process prescription orders, including data entry and insurance billing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workstation.
  • Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding pharmacy operations and patient privacy (HIPAA).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Operate cash register and handle payment transactions.
