Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications.
- Process prescription orders, including data entry and insurance billing.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medications.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workstation.
- Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding pharmacy operations and patient privacy (HIPAA).
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Operate cash register and handle payment transactions.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic computer proficiency.
- Commitment to learning and obtaining a pharmacy technician license.
