Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Sorter to join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Nashua, NH. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently sorting packages, ensuring they are directed to the correct locations for further processing and delivery. This position requires strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and scan incoming and outgoing packages based on destination or product type.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training.
- Identify and report any damaged or mislabeled packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 49 pounds regularly, and up to 70 pounds occasionally (with assistance).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning equipment and system navigation.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Experience with RF scanners or other warehouse technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
