Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and talented recent graduates to join our Petrochemical Career Starter – New Grad Program 2024. This comprehensive program is designed to provide hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in various aspects of the petrochemical industry, including refining operations, process engineering, supply chain management, and environmental compliance. You will rotate through different departments, gaining invaluable exposure to real-world challenges and contributing to critical projects. This program is ideal for individuals passionate about energy, innovation, and making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured rotations across key departments such as Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Supply Chain.
  • Assist in monitoring and optimizing petrochemical processes and equipment performance.
  • Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and support project implementation.
  • Learn and adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures and regulations.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and present findings to team members and management.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or co-op experience in the energy, petrochemical, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with process simulation software or data analysis tools.
  • Leadership experience in academic or extracurricular activities.
  • A strong understanding of thermodynamic and fluid mechanics principles.
