Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive professional lifestyle management for a high-net-worth individual affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty. This pivotal role involves managing various aspects of personal and professional life, ensuring efficiency, privacy, and unparalleled support. The ideal candidate will be a master of anticipation, capable of handling diverse tasks with impeccable attention to detail and a calm demeanor under pressure. This is an on-site role that requires a flexible schedule and a strong commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Coordinate and oversee household management, including vendor relations, staff scheduling, and property maintenance.
- Handle personal errands, gift procurement, event planning, and social engagements.
- Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and maintain meticulous financial records.
- Act as a primary liaison between the principal and various contacts, exercising discretion and professional communication.
- Research and organize information for various projects and personal interests.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional matters.
