Job Description

In this 100% remote role, you will be providing valuable insights into the usability, functionality, and overall experience of new websites and digital products from various brands. Your feedback will directly influence the development and improvement of these online platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and interact with various websites and applications, following specific instructions and scenarios.
- Provide honest, articulate, and constructive feedback on user experience, design, functionality, and content.
- Record your screen and voice while testing, explaining your thoughts and actions in real-time.
- Identify bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement.
- Complete short questionnaires and surveys related to your testing experience.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in all feedback provided.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts, feelings, and observations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet testing environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using web browsers and mobile apps.
- Access to a computer (desktop or laptop) with a microphone and webcam.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in user testing, QA, or feedback roles is a plus, but not required.
