Job Description

Are you passionate about helping individuals and teams master their productivity and conquer time management challenges? ClickUp is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Online Focus Specialist with a strong emphasis on time management to join our customer success team. In this role, you will empower our users to leverage ClickUp’s powerful features to streamline their workflows, set effective goals, and enhance their overall focus and efficiency. You will provide tailored guidance, develop best practices, and facilitate workshops to ensure our users achieve their productivity potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized online coaching sessions and group workshops focused on time management principles and ClickUp utilization.
  • Develop and deliver engaging content (e.g., tutorials, webinars, guides) that educates users on advanced time management techniques within the ClickUp platform.
  • Analyze user workflows and provide expert recommendations for optimizing their use of ClickUp for project management, task prioritization, and goal setting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on various time management methodologies (e.g., GTD, Pomodoro, Time Blocking) and demonstrate how they can be implemented in ClickUp.
  • Gather user feedback to identify common challenges and contribute to the improvement of ClickUp features and user resources.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to advocate for user needs and contribute to the development of new productivity tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in productivity, time management, and online collaboration tools.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success, online coaching, or productivity specialist role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in various time management methodologies and productivity strategies.
  • Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management and productivity software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, for online engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a user-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification in time management, productivity coaching, or project management (e.g., PMP, GTD certification).
  • Experience creating educational content or facilitating online workshops.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and browser environments.
