Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Clothing Picker – Fashion Industry, WFH Hybrid Admin. This unique hybrid role combines essential on-site responsibilities for picking and organizing apparel in our Topeka facility with the flexibility of remote administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our apparel inventory and order fulfillment process, while also supporting back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick clothing items from designated locations based on order requirements.
- Inspect clothing for quality and damage, reporting any discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the apparel storage area, ensuring proper categorization and labeling.
- Assist with receiving and processing new clothing shipments.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry, order tracking, and administrative support tasks from a remote setting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status and order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Assist with other general administrative duties as assigned, which may include scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.

- Physical ability to lift and move clothing items, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or inventory management role, particularly within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or systems.
