Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Online Compliance Analyst to join our team in Inglewood, CA. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to Netflix’s internal policies, community guidelines, and relevant external regulations across our online platforms. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity and safety of our service for all users globally. You will work closely with legal, content, and product teams to interpret and apply complex policies to real-world scenarios, contributing directly to our mission of providing a great entertainment experience while upholding ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze online content and user interactions for compliance with Netflix policies, community guidelines, and terms of service.
- Investigate potential policy violations, gather evidence, and document findings thoroughly.
- Interpret complex policies and apply them consistently to diverse and nuanced situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, product, and engineering, to address compliance issues and implement preventative measures.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities, trends, and risk assessments.
- Assist in the development and refinement of internal compliance policies and training materials.
- Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging online compliance challenges.
- Participate in incident response and resolution efforts related to policy breaches.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding policy interpretation and application.

- Knowledge of global content regulations or online safety standards.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
