Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize all dough trays, ensuring they meet strict cleanliness standards for reuse.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep the wash area clean, organized, and free from clutter.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Assist with other general back-room and kitchen cleaning duties as required.
