Key Responsibilities
- Assist delivery drivers with the safe and efficient delivery of packages.
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles, often requiring lifting and carrying.
- Navigate assigned routes with drivers, providing support as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure accurate scanning and handling of packages.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, delivery, or physically demanding role.
- Knowledge of the New Port Richey, FL area.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
