Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Booking Agent to manage spa appointments for The Randolph Hotel. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own laptop. You will be the first point of contact for many of our spa guests, responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive booking experience. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to manage bookings efficiently within our online system. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming spa booking requests via our online portal, email, and designated booking software.
- Assist guests with queries regarding spa treatments, availability, pricing, and special packages.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of all booking details into the system.
- Communicate effectively with the on-site spa team regarding schedules and special requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any booking conflicts or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized record of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our online booking processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and spa protocols.
- Provide support for virtual consultations when required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using online booking systems and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
