Job Description
Join AdventHealth as an Entry-Level Occupational Wellness Aide and become a vital part of our corporate support team in New Port Richey. As an Occupational Wellness Aide, you will assist in the coordination and delivery of various wellness programs and services, contributing to a healthy and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of corporate wellness events and programs.
- Provide administrative support to the Occupational Wellness team, including scheduling, data entry, and report generation.
- Help maintain wellness program records and participant data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare educational materials and resources for wellness initiatives.
- Communicate program details and updates to employees through various channels.
- Support the setup and breakdown of wellness activities and workshops.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding wellness programs in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of wellness activities.
- Maintain inventory of wellness supplies and equipment.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for health and wellness

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a health-related field (e.g., Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Public Health)
