Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Online Virtual Support Associate to join our growing remote team. This is a low-stress role focused on providing friendly and efficient online assistance to our customers via chat and email. You will be responsible for handling general inquiries, guiding customers through self-service options, and ensuring a positive brand experience without the pressure of sales quotas or complex technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities
