Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly visit assigned Walgreens retail locations in the Biloxi area.
- Interact with store associates as a typical customer, observing their service, product knowledge, and attentiveness.
- Evaluate various aspects of the store environment, including cleanliness, organization, product availability, and promotional displays.
- Complete detailed and accurate online reports based on your observations and experiences within 24-48 hours of each visit.
- Adhere to specific instructions and scenarios provided for each shopping assignment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of your secret shopping activities and findings.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback to help improve customer service and store operations.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in high school.
- Excellent observation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and complete tasks independently.
