Job Description

We are seeking meticulous and passionate individuals to join our growing team as Netflix Taggers. In this crucial remote role, you will be instrumental in categorizing and adding metadata to our vast library of content, ensuring discoverability and enhancing the user experience for millions worldwide. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of various content genres, and the ability to work independently within established guidelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately tag and categorize movies, TV shows, and other content based on predefined guidelines and taxonomies.
  • Identify and input relevant metadata, including genres, themes, moods, plot points, character archetypes, and cultural references.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all tagged content to enhance searchability and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content operations teams to refine tagging standards and improve efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new content releases and evolving tagging best practices.
  • Ensure all tagging activities adhere to strict deadlines and quality control measures.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of film and television genres, tropes, and industry terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using digital cataloging or data entry tools.
