Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing member inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
- Assist members with account management, billing questions, technical troubleshooting for streaming devices, and content navigation.
- Educate members on Netflix features, services, and new content offerings.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product features, service updates, and support tools.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to think critically and offer effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (even in retail or hospitality).
- Familiarity with streaming services and popular entertainment content.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish is a plus).
- Experience with CRM software or ticketing systems.
