Job Description
Are you a passionate college football fan with an eagle eye for detail? Electronic Arts is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Peak Work Testers to join our EA Sports College Football team in Wichita, KS. In this temporary role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and polish of our highly anticipated game. You will be responsible for meticulously testing gameplay features, identifying bugs, and providing constructive feedback to our development teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience in the video game industry and contribute to a beloved sports franchise during a crucial development phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for various game features, modes, and systems.
- Identify, document, and track software defects (bugs) accurately and efficiently using internal bug tracking tools.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback on gameplay, usability, and overall player experience.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure the stability and functionality of game updates.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand design intentions and testing requirements.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to report progress and discuss issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current with game design changes.
