Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Potential Coach with a strong focus on Diversity & Inclusion to join our dynamic team at EY. This role is crucial for fostering an inclusive environment and empowering our talent through personalized coaching and development. As a Remote Potential Coach, you will work with individuals across various levels and functions, guiding them to unlock their full potential while integrating D&I principles into every aspect of their professional growth. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact from anywhere within the North Carolina area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to employees at all career stages, with a particular emphasis on fostering potential in diverse talent pools.
- Develop and implement coaching strategies and programs aligned with EY's Diversity & Inclusion objectives.
- Help individuals identify strengths, development areas, and career aspirations, creating actionable plans for growth.
- Integrate D&I best practices into coaching methodologies to promote equitable development and career progression.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, and professional development.
- Track and report on coaching impact and participant progress, contributing to overall D&I metrics.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, D&I councils, and leadership to ensure alignment of coaching initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and research in coaching, D&I, and talent development.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries in all coaching relationships.
Required Skills
- Certified Professional Coach (e.g., ICF, CTI, BCC certification)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional coaching, with a demonstrated focus on Diversity & Inclusion.
- Proven ability to effectively coach diverse populations and address unique developmental needs.
- Deep understanding of D&I principles, challenges, and best practices in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust and rapport.
- Experience facilitating workshops and delivering presentations.
- Proficiency in virtual communication and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a coaching caseload effectively in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working in a large, global professional services firm.
- Additional certifications in D&I, leadership development, or talent management.
- Knowledge of organizational psychology and adult learning theories.
