Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven E-commerce Pinterest Growth Lead to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our paid and organic Pinterest strategies to drive significant e-commerce growth, user acquisition, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pinterest’s platform, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of scaling performance marketing campaigns for a retail or consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies (paid and organic) aligned with e-commerce growth objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of Pinterest ad campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, creative development, and budget allocation.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual content and ad copy optimized for the Pinterest platform.
- Stay abreast of Pinterest platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Perform A/B testing on various ad elements (creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences) to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with SEO and content teams to integrate Pinterest into broader digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize a significant marketing budget for Pinterest, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically with a strong focus on Pinterest for e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling large-budget Pinterest ad campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
- Expertise in Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, funnels, and customer journey optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with other social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for basic ad creative adjustments.
- Prior experience working for a global consumer brand or retail company.
