Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Music Marketing Associate with a strong focus on brand partnerships to join our dynamic Apple Music marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that leverage key brand collaborations to amplify Apple Music’s reach and engagement. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and artists to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our global audience. This position requires a passion for music, a keen understanding of digital marketing trends, and proven experience in building successful brand relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, vet, and onboard potential brand partners for Apple Music marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and business development teams to define partnership objectives and strategies.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans for brand partnership campaigns, including digital content creation, social media activations, and integrated promotional activities.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and ensure all agreements align with Apple's brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize future partnership endeavors.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and cultivate new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Stay informed on music industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in music marketing, brand partnerships, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate strategic brand relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and campaign reporting.
  • Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music industry landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with major music labels, artists, or streaming platforms.
  • Familiarity with Apple Music platform and ecosystem.
  • Experience in project management software and CRM tools.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in languages relevant to global music markets.
