Job Description
As an Entry Level AI Ethics & Safety Evaluator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the ethical and safe development of artificial intelligence technologies. This is a 100% remote position that involves reviewing, analyzing, and providing feedback on AI model outputs and behaviors to identify potential biases, harmful content, or safety concerns. You will contribute directly to refining AI systems to be more equitable, fair, and aligned with human values and societal norms. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the future of AI and eager to make a tangible impact, even without prior industry experience in AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated content, responses, and behaviors for ethical concerns, bias, and safety risks.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback to improve AI model performance and alignment with ethical guidelines.
- Identify and report instances of inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe AI outputs.
- Collaborate with a remote team to discuss, standardize, and refine evaluation criteria and best practices.
- Stay informed on emerging AI ethics and safety principles and apply them consistently to evaluation tasks.
- Contribute to the refinement of internal ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes.
