Job Description

As a FedEx Custom Critical Aide with a High Level Support focus, you will be an integral part of our operations, providing critical administrative and coordination assistance for our most sensitive and time-critical shipments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will support various departments, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency for high-priority accounts and special projects. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver on our promise of speed, reliability, and precision for our most demanding customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to senior management and operational teams focusing on high-level accounts.
  • Coordinate logistics details for critical and specialized shipments, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Monitor shipment statuses for high-priority freight and proactively communicate updates or potential issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence related to high-value client projects.
  • Assist in resolving complex customer inquiries or operational challenges with a focus on expedited resolution.
  • Maintain and organize sensitive documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, acting as a liaison for high-level support needs.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or logistics coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
