Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mobile Car Interior Detailer with a strong focus on steam cleaning and stain removal to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who is meticulous, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently at various client locations throughout Winston-Salem and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for transforming vehicle interiors, ensuring every surface is pristine, sanitized, and odor-free using specialized techniques and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations with a fully equipped detailing vehicle.
- Perform comprehensive interior detailing services, including vacuuming, shampooing, and conditioning.
- Utilize advanced steam cleaning techniques to sanitize surfaces and deep clean upholstery and carpets.
- Expertly identify and remove a wide range of stains from various interior materials (fabric, leather, vinyl, carpet).
- Clean and condition leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces to restore their original look and feel.
- Detail dashboards, door panels, center consoles, and windows to a spotless finish.
- Maintain and organize detailing equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining services and addressing client concerns.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments efficiently.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in car interior detailing, particularly with steam cleaning and stain removal.
- Proficiency with professional detailing equipment and products.
- Excellent knowledge of different interior materials and appropriate cleaning methods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workflow.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform detailing tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from a recognized auto detailing program.
- Experience with advanced stain removal techniques and chemical applications.
- Previous experience in a mobile service role.
