Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Microsoft Customer Partner, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing technology solutions for our diverse client base. This position involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, providing expert guidance on Microsoft technologies, and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support. You will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and contributing to their digital transformation journey through innovative Microsoft-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing Microsoft technologies, providing expert consultation and support.
  • Understand client business challenges and translate them into effective Microsoft technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, project management) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Lead client engagements, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation oversight, and post-launch support.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and identify opportunities for technology adoption and expansion.
  • Stay current with the latest Microsoft products, services, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training or workshops for clients on new features and functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft platforms, escalating when necessary.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, technical account management, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
