Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our bustling kitchen team at The Dragon Hotel. Key Responsibilities
- Washing crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Ensuring all kitchen areas, including floors, work surfaces, and equipment, are kept clean and tidy.
- Assisting with the unloading and storage of deliveries.
- Helping with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Disposing of waste responsibly and efficiently.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
