Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets containing unstructured text data.
- Develop and implement NLP models and algorithms for tasks such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, named entity recognition, and text classification.
- Collaborate with senior data scientists and engineers to integrate NLP solutions into product features.
- Evaluate the performance of NLP models and iterate on improvements.
- Generate actionable insights from text data to inform business decisions.
- Participate actively in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Document methodologies, models, and results clearly and comprehensively.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals.
- Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
