Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Google Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team in Temecula, CA. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about data, analytics, and leveraging Google’s powerful suite of tools to drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with senior analysts and client teams to collect, process, and analyze data from various Google platforms, translating complex datasets into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and transformation of data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Cloud Platform, and other relevant Google tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) and Google Sheets to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data collection and reporting solutions.
- Support senior analysts in preparing presentations and data-driven recommendations for clients.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google product updates and best practices in business intelligence.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and its core functionalities.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably Google Looker Studio or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in an analytics or business intelligence role.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data querying and scripting.
- Experience with Google Ads reporting.
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) certification.
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts.
