Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Downstream Systems Analyst with an IT & Tech focus to join our growing team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in supporting, analyzing, and optimizing our critical downstream systems, which are essential for processing customer information, claims, and policy data. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the monitoring, maintenance, and support of downstream systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
