Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Beverage Distribution Worker to join our dynamic team in Green Bay, WI. This role is critical to our daily operations, focusing on the efficient and accurate loading of trucks with various beverage products for delivery to our valued customers. You will play a vital part in our supply chain, ensuring that products are ready for dispatch, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and contributing to our overall success. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, stage, and load beverage products onto delivery trucks according to manifests and company procedures.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and delivery drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Lift and move heavy cases and kegs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 lbs repeatedly) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and loading.
- Basic math skills for inventory and loading verification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
- Valid driver's license (not required for this specific role, but beneficial for future growth opportunities).
