Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient AI Scriptwriter to join our dynamic digital media team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in generating compelling, high-quality video scripts primarily for YouTube content across various genres. Leveraging advanced AI writing tools and your own creative flair, you will craft engaging narratives, dialogues, and video outlines that captivate audiences and drive viewership. This position requires a keen understanding of digital content trends, YouTube best practices, and the ability to adapt AI-generated content into a distinct and human-like voice. You will collaborate closely with content strategists, video producers, and editors to ensure scripts align with brand goals and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AI writing platforms and tools to generate initial script drafts and content ideas for YouTube videos.
- Refine, edit, and fact-check AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, originality, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Develop engaging narratives, dialogues, and calls-to-action for a diverse range of video formats, including tutorials, reviews, explainers, and entertainment.
- Conduct thorough research on trending topics, keywords, and audience interests relevant to script development.
- Collaborate with content creators, producers, and marketing teams to understand video objectives and feedback.
- Optimize scripts for YouTube SEO, audience retention, and overall viewer engagement.
- Maintain a consistent and compelling tone across all written content.
- Stay updated on the latest AI writing technologies, digital media trends, and YouTube algorithm changes.
Required Skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Proven experience with AI writing tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for content generation.
- Strong understanding of YouTube platform, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to research complex topics and distill information into clear, concise, and engaging scripts.

Preferred Qualifications
