Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to develop a strong foundation in client relations and account management within a fast-paced financial services environment. You will support our account managers in maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our client portfolios. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with daily client account operations, including data entry and documentation.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide updates under supervision.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of client services and solutions.
- Maintain organized client records and ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training and development programs focused on Concentrix methodologies and career advancement.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and assist with service implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
Required Skills
