Job Description
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IV Hydration Nurse to join our team in Midtown Detroit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge wellness lounge, providing vital IV hydration therapy, and benefiting from tips and commission structures. As an IV Hydration Nurse, you will be a key part of our mission to help clients feel their best through advanced wellness services. You will administer intravenous infusions, assess client needs, and ensure a safe and comfortable experience in a luxurious environment. This on-site role requires a commitment to exceptional client care and a passion for health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive client assessments to determine suitability for IV hydration therapy.
- Administer IV infusions safely and efficiently, adhering to all protocols and medical standards.
- Monitor clients during infusions, identify and respond to any adverse reactions promptly.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various IV therapies and other wellness services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and charting.
- Ensure a sterile and organized environment for all IV procedures.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to promote a holistic approach to client well-being.
Required Skills
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- Proven expertise in IV insertion and venipuncture techniques
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care, emergency, or critical care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to client safety
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or wellness center
- ACLS certification
- Familiarity with various IV vitamin and mineral therapies
