Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Pinterest Assistant to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This immediate hire position is perfect for someone passionate about visual storytelling, trend analysis, and social media engagement, particularly on the Pinterest platform. You will be instrumental in supporting our Pinterest strategies, creating compelling content, and optimizing our presence to drive traffic and engagement for various client accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of Pinterest marketing strategies for multiple clients.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand Pinterest pins, including static images, video pins, and Idea Pins, using design tools like Canva.
- Manage and organize Pinterest boards, ensuring fresh content and relevant curation.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize pin titles, descriptions, and board names for maximum visibility.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform content strategy.
- Schedule pins using Pinterest's native scheduler or third-party tools.
- Track and report on Pinterest performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, saves, and outbound clicks.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and account managers to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Engage with the Pinterest community through comments and re-pins as directed.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all Pinterest content.
Required Skills
- Proficient in using the Pinterest platform for business.
- Strong visual aesthetic and understanding of design principles.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to research trends and keywords effectively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience managing a business account on Pinterest.
- Familiarity with Pinterest Analytics and other social media analytics tools.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices for visual content.
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
