Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as a Junior Concentrix Support Specialist. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those eager to start their career in customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing outstanding service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across various communication channels. This role is perfect for freshers who are quick learners, possess strong communication skills, and are passionate about helping others. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and solutions to customer questions and issues.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and support tools to enhance customer experience.
