Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hotel Porters to join our team for casual roles at Hilton Manchester Deansgate. Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Deliver messages, parcels, and other items to guest rooms promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms or special events as required.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
