Job Description
Join the dedicated team at Hilton Anaheim as a Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences, even if you have no prior experience in housekeeping. In this vital role, you will ensure our guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean, comfortable, and inviting. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily in accordance with Hilton's high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Change linens and make beds, dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies, amenities, and complimentary items.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells as assigned.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items promptly.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe use (training provided).
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
