Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized High School Office Associate with a focus on filing and scanning tasks to join our administrative team in New Port Richey. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and accessible school records, supporting the efficient operation of the high school office, and assisting faculty, staff, students, and parents. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize physical and digital school records, including student files, attendance records, and administrative documents.
  • Perform high-volume scanning of documents to convert physical records into digital formats.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist with data entry and update various school databases with relevant information.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for school administrators as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all school district policies and confidentiality requirements regarding student and staff information.
  • Support other office staff with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
