Job Description
Are you a highly social, energetic individual looking for an exciting part-time opportunity to make an impact in your local community? GameDay Traditions is seeking enthusiastic Event Support Staff to help us bring high school events to life in Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic role for someone who loves interacting with people, has a positive attitude, and wants to be part of a dynamic team creating memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with high school students, parents, and community members in a friendly and professional manner at various events.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including signage, promotional materials, and activity stations.
- Represent GameDay Traditions and its partners with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Help facilitate event activities, contests, and interactive experiences.
- Provide information and direction to attendees, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable event flow.
- Support on-site event coordination and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.
- Distribute promotional items and gather feedback from participants.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (event materials).

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or event support roles.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with local high schools and community events in Pasco County.
