Job Description
Join Google as an Ad Content Transcriber with a focus on Marketing Compliance. In this critical hybrid role, you will be responsible for meticulously transcribing advertising content across various Google platforms and ensuring its adherence to our stringent marketing policies and regulatory guidelines. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of compliance principles will be essential in maintaining brand safety, protecting our users, and upholding Google’s reputation for high-quality, trustworthy advertising. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe diverse advertising content, including audio, video, and text, into written format.
- Rigorously review transcribed content against Google's advertising policies, local regulations, and compliance standards.
- Identify and flag potential violations, inconsistencies, or risks related to marketing claims, privacy, intellectual property, and prohibited content.
- Collaborate closely with policy development and enforcement teams to clarify guidelines and provide feedback on emerging content trends.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of content reviews, decisions, and escalations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of transcription processes and compliance checklists.
- Handle sensitive and potentially graphic content with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills
- Exceptional English listening and transcription accuracy, with a keen ear for detail and nuance.
