Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Shopify Lead Gen Specialist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting potential clients who are looking to establish or enhance their online presence using the Shopify platform. You will be a key driver in expanding our client base, leveraging various strategies and tools to generate high-quality leads and move them through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to identify potential Shopify clients.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email campaigns, and industry directories, to source new leads.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their business needs and identify how Shopify can provide value.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring a high potential for conversion.
  • Initiate contact with leads through personalized outreach, including emails, calls, and social media messaging.
  • Nurture leads through ongoing communication, providing relevant information and addressing potential concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to seamlessly hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Analyze lead generation performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies for improved results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, Shopify updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation progress and contribute to team strategy meetings.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Shopify platform functionalities and ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
