Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Guest Luggage Porter to join our dedicated hotel lobby team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for customer service and a desire to contribute to a premium guest experience. As a Guest Luggage Porter, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, playing a crucial role in ensuring their arrival and departure are seamless and welcoming. This role focuses entirely on guest service within the hotel premises; no driving is involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and assist them with their luggage, safely transporting it to and from their rooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and offering assistance with a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
  • Assist guests with directions, local information, and general inquiries about hotel services.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, liaising with other hotel departments as needed.
  • Support the front desk team during peak periods or when assistance is required with guest flow.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
  • Ensure an organized and secure storage system for guest luggage.
  • Assist with the delivery of items to guest rooms as required.
