Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Gas Station Field Auditor to join our team for quick, flexible gigs in the Wesley Chapel, Florida area. This role is perfect for individuals who own a reliable vehicle, enjoy working independently, and have a keen eye for detail. As a Field Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting on-site audits of Wawa gas station locations to ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and brand guidelines. This is a part-time opportunity offering flexibility and competitive pay for completed assignments. A critical component of this role is having your own reliable transportation to visit various locations within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive on-site audits of assigned gas station locations to assess compliance with operational standards, merchandising, and cleanliness protocols.
- Verify proper display of promotional materials and accurate pricing of fuel and store products.
- Inspect fuel pumps, forecourt areas, and store interiors for cleanliness, safety hazards, and maintenance issues.
- Document audit findings accurately using provided tools and submit detailed reports within specified deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with store management regarding audit observations and potential areas for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of all audit information and company data.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, during site visits.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic office software for reporting.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle are MANDATORY.
- Ability to travel regularly within the Pasco County area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in auditing, quality control, or a related field (retail or gas station experience a plus).
- Familiarity with Wawa's operational standards or similar retail environments.
- Associate's degree or higher.
